Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase! If you need to return or exchange an item, please review the following guidelines:
Returns & Exchanges
- 10-Day Exchange Policy: You have 10 days from the date you receive your item to request a return if there is an issue or problem with your order.

Return Conditions:
- Items must be returned at your own cost.
- Products must be in their original condition—unopened, unused, and in the same condition as when you received them.

Change of Mind Returns: If you change your mind, you have 5 days from the delivery date to request a return. The item must be:
- Sealed and in its original packaging.
- Returned at your own expense with a receipt or proof of purchase.
Order Cancellations
- Once an order is processed, it cannot be cancelled. If you wish to return the item, it must be approved and returned at your own cost within 5 days of receiving it to be eligible for a refund.
- Subscription cancellations must be made at least 2 business days before the next fulfillment date. Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been fulfilled.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at hello@pcostowellness.com so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
Shipping
- If incorrect contact or shipping details are provided at checkout, replacements will be sent at the buyer’s expense.
- Delays or incomplete deliveries due to circumstances beyond our control are not eligible for refunds.

Note: Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
