The 28 day HORMONE RESET

As a woman in my 30’s who has been on the pill since my teens from a diagnosis of PCOS, I have been scared out of my mind to get off the pill and on with my life. I had tried getting off before in my 20’s, and after 10 months without my cycle returning, I went back on it for another 10 years.
This past November, I decided that enough is enough! I found these girls on my podcasts, and I started it all. I have made ALOT of changes, but I would say this tea is in the top 3 reasons why I’ve been off the pill less than 6 months and I’ve already had 4 normal periods! And I’ve lost 15 pounds.
And let’s not pass over how delicious this tea is, especially the cysterhood tea! I drink 1-3 cups of strong cysterhood a day (with ovasitol), along with zenhood before bed. And chaihood makes an amazing chai tea latte with my morning coffee.

After over 28 days I can definitely say that I’ve noticed lots of improvements! Skin, inflammation and healthier periods. Will be buying more.

I am loving the teas so far! Especially the zen hood and Cysterhood ones! my husband even loves the zen hood one and often asks for one before bed. My skin has cleared up a fair amount and looks glowy. My gut feels more cleansed as well. Small changes so far but so far so good. Definitely need more zen hood!
