Perfect for winding down

I am certain I sleep better at night after winding down with this tea. It tastes mild and not too flowery and definitely not artificial! Looks so pretty in my infuser too.

Item never received

I’m sorry, but I’m genuinely confused how your response concluded that the order was successfully delivered without fully reviewing the details of my case.

The tracking clearly shows the package was delivered to Arizona, while I live in Illinois. This means the package was delivered to a completely different location and not to me.

As I mentioned previously, I never received the order specifically because it was delivered to the wrong address. This is not a situation where the package is missing — it was misdelivered.

Given this, I cannot accept the conclusion that the order was fulfilled. I would expect this to be properly investigated before responding.

At this point, since the matter has already been escalated through my bank, I will continue with that process. However, if you would like to resolve this directly, I am open to a full refund or replacement of the items I purchased , as I did not receive the goods I paid for.

Dissatisfied

Very disappointed with this company. I placed an order in January and never received my teas. When I checked the tracking number, it showed the package was delivered to a completely different address in another state where I do not live.

I contacted customer service many times and only received one response saying there was a holiday in Australia and someone would follow up with me — but nobody ever did. It has now been months with no resolution, so I had to open a dispute with my bank to recover my money. Very poor customer service and extremely frustrating experience.

That said, I’m genuinely so sorry for the lack of follow-up from our team during this process, that is entirely my fault as I had planned to reply after the holiday but had then seen it had been delivered in that time and assumed it had been recieved.

However, as the matter has now been raised with your bank, the process will need to be handled through them from here. If there is anything we can do to assist please let me know.
